Absent: John Mosher, Dave Daltorio (non-voting), Lauren DuBeau (non-voting), Kelly Knight (alt-voting), Norman Khumalo (non-voting), Ralph Dumas (non-voting), Dr. Cathy MacLeod (non-voting) Public Attendees: Also present: Tim Bonfatti from Compass Project Management, Inc. Approval of Minutes MOTION: Ms. Waxlax moved to approve the HESBC meeting minutes dated May 26, 2016 as written, seconded by Mr. Weaver. Voted: 6-0-0. III. Review and Approve Payment of Invoices MOTION: Ms. Waxlax moved to approve the Invoice #CPM 44-22, from Compass Project Management, dated May 31, 2016, in the total amount of $15,121.20 for OPM professional services, seconded by Mr. Weaver. Voted: 6-0-0. MOTION: Ms. Waxlax moved to approve the Invoice #DRA 018 from DRA dated June 1, 2016, in the total amount of $328,801.98 for Architectural professional services, seconded by Mr. Weaver. Voted: 6-0-0. MOTION: Ms. Waxlax moved to approve the Invoice #CI PC Req 3 from Colantonio dated May 31, 2016, in the total amount of $10,000.00 for Pre-construction services, seconded by Mr. Weaver. Voted: 6-0-0. IV. Next Meeting Dates The next ESBC meeting will be scheduled for July. A specific date will be determined at a later date based on the availability of the Committee members.
