APPOINTING LABORERS TO THE STREETS AND ROADS
DEPARTMENT
WHEREAS, there exists a need for Laborers in tbe Streets and Roads
Department; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to fill said
positions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret that
JACK MITCHELl,
DANIEL GALLAGHER
are hereby appointed to thc position of Laborer in the Streets and Roads
Department of the Borough of Carteret, effective January 20, 2004.
Adopted this 15th day of January, 2004
and cel-tificd as a true copy of the
original on January 16, 2004.
