AN ORDINANCE:
PRESENTED July 1, 1996
ADOPTED July 1, 1996
AMENDING SECTION 10-97 DRIVING WHILE UNDER THE INFLUENCE
OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, OF THE TOWN CODE
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Section 10-97 of the Town Code is hereby repealed.
