AN ORDINANCE:
PRESENTED August 13, 1996
96-0-27 ADOPTED: August 13, 1996
AMENDING SECTION 21-1 OF THE TOWN CODE
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
Section I: The Town Code is hereby amended to add the following paragraph to Section 21-
1 Public Nudity:
(d)
SECTION II.
PASSED this
Violations of this section shall constitute a Class 1 Misdemeanor.
This ordinance shall be in effect upon its passage.
