SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING, MARCH 9, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The Special Council Meeting of March 9, 2015, was convened at 4:30 P.M. by Mayor
Eric Struemph.
ROLL CALL
The following Council Members were present for the roll call:
Aye: Branch, Costales, Henry, Hussey, Medin, Mihalevich, Prather, and
Scrivner
Nay: Graham and Ward
A quorum was declared present.
GO INTO CLOSED SESSION
Mayor Struemph stated that, pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of
Missouri, the Chair would entertain a motion at this time to go into Closed Session to
discuss the following:
a. Contract Negotiations [Sec. 610.021.(12)]
A motion was made by Councilman Scrivner, seconded by Councilman Branch, to go
into Closed Session for the above stated reason, and approved unanimously by the
following roll-call vote at 4:30 P.M.

Scrivner
Nay: None
