COUNCIL “PRE-MEETING” WORK SESSION, APRIL 20, 2015
CALL TO ORDER
The April 20, 2015, City Council “Pre-Meeting” was convened at 5:48 P.M. by
Mayor Eric Struemph.
ATTENDANCE
The following Council Members were present when the meeting convened:
Present: Branch, Costales, Graham, Henry, Hussey, Medin,
Mihalevich, Prather, Scrivner, and Ward
Absent: None
A quorum was present.
DISCUSSION OF AGENDA ITEMS
Amendment to Agenda
Councilman Graham stated he, Councilman Hussey, and Councilman Henry,
would like to add Ms. Yvonne Matthews as an invited guest to make an
announcement about an upcoming event at Lincoln University. He stated he
would make a motion to adopt the agenda with that amendment in the following
meeting.
ADJOURNMENT
The meeting adjourned at 5:51 P.M.
