AMENDING CHAPER 2, ARTICLE II, SECTION 2-91
COMPENSATION FOR THE MAYOR AND MEMBERS OF TI-IE
COUNCIL

SECTION I. Annual compensation of the Town Council is amended as follows:
Sec. 2-91. Mayor and councilmembers.
Compensation for the mayor and members of the council, after July 1, 1997 shall be
$7,500.00 and~,~,~vv.vven cnn an and $8,000.00 per annum, respectively, payable in equal monthly
installments.
SECTION II. The Town Council hereby affirms Councilmember B.J. Webb's request to
direct her increase to the YMCA and hereby transfers the appropriation of $2,000 from Council
salary to non-departmental account.
