AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF BIDS FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO
WATERFRONT PARK - PHASE II
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of
Carteret is in need of improvements to Waterfront Park Phase II for the Borough's
residents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and Borough's
Consulting Engineer are hereby authorized to prepare bid
specifications the Waterfront Park Phase II and are further
authorized to advertise for the receipt of formal bid proposals
therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent and the Borough's Consulting Engineer.
Adopted this 5th day of February, 2004 and
certified as a tree copy of the Original on
February 6, 2004.
