AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 19-401, (MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC),
SCHEDULE (S), (LOADING ZONES), SUBPARAGRAPH (C), (PASSENGER LOADING
ZONES), OF THE CODE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, PERTAINING
TO A PORTION OF JEFFERSON STREET.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 19-401, (Motor Vehicles and Traffic), Schedule S, (Loading
Zones), Subparagraph (c) (Passenger Loading Zones), of the Code of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby amended by the addition of a portion of Jefferson Street,
as follows:
Jefferson Street: between the hours of 7:00 am and 10:00 pm both sides thereof,south and within 50
feet of the south curb line of Water Street.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after the date
of its passage and approval.
