THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS
ORDINANCE NO. Ila
AN ORDINANCE CREATING AS AN APPOINTED OFFICE THE
POSITION OF CITY SUPERINTENDENT AND EFFECTIVE DATE
THEREOF; FOR THE DUTIES THEREOF; AND PROVIDING FOR
A SALARY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING PDDY OF THE CITY OF BEL AIRE, KANSAS:
SECTION 1. There is hereby created the office of City
Superintendent of the City of Bel Aire, which officer will be
appointed by the Mayor with the consent of the City Council.
SECTION 2. The appointed office of City Superintendent shall be
effective as of February 17, 1987.
SECTION 3. The duites of the City Superintendent shall be those
as prescribed by the City Policy Manual and such other duties as from
time to time may be directed and assigned by the Mayor and/or the City
Council.
SECTION 4. The City Superintendent of the City of Bel Aire
shall be paid at the rate of $1,929.00 per month.
SECTION 5. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its publication in the official City Newspaper.
