APPROVING SPECIAL EXCEPTION APPLICATION #SE-98-04
SHERRI FAWZI, HOME BASED DAY CARE
and
WHEREAS, this request is consistent with the general regulations of the Zoning Ordinance.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Town Council of Leesburg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. Special Exception Application #SE-98-04 Sherd Fawzi, Home Based Day Care,
at 149 Cedar Walk Circle, NE, as identified in the Loudoun County Tax Records as Tax Map 48R
((1)) Parcel 14, is hereby approved subject to the following conditions:
1. The applicant complies with all state requirements for licensed family' day
homes.
2. The number of children cared for shall not exceed 12.
SECTION II. Special exception approval does not express
or imply any waiver or
modification to any requirements of the Design and Construction Standards Manual, Subdivision and
Land Development Regulations, or Zoning Ordinance except as specifically cited herein.
WHEREAS, Sherd Fawzi has requested special exception approval to operate a home based
day care at 149 Cedar Walk Circle NE; and
WHEREAS, on April 16, 1998, the Planning Commission recommended to Council approval,
with conditions, of Special Exception Application #SE-98-04 Sherd Fawzi, Home Based Day Care;
and
WHEREAS, on May 26, 1998, the Town Council held a public heating on this. application;

SECTION III. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage.
