CITY OF GREENCASTLE
Public Hearing
June 13, 1991
The City of Greencastle conducted it public hearing on Tuesday, June 13, 1991
at 7:15 p.m. in City Hall concerning the application to the Indiana Department of
Commerce, Community Development Block Grant Industrial Development
Infrastructure Program in the amount of $32,300.00 for the widening of Capital Drive
in conjunction with the Happico Expansion Project.
Present for the proceedings were Mayor Harmless, Clerk- Treasurer Berry,
Councilor Rokicki, Councilor Conway, Councilor Sedlack, Tami Parker, Leon Phillips,
Ernie Phillips, Jim Wright, Stan Lambert, Hilary Smith.
Councilor Conway asked who is preparing the application. Ms. Parker responded
that the GDC is working with the city on that application. Councilor Conway also
asked if there was it fee charged. Ms. Parkcr indicated that there was no fee for the
application.
Mayor Harmless gave further explanation of the project and asked for any
comments or questions from the public. There being none, the proceedings were
adjourned at 7:26 p.m.
