Dear Gary:
As a follow-up our discussion on Wednesday, May 15th regarding the captioned subject,1 think
Bill McMurray, Project Director for Spring Mountain Ranch, should be appointed to the Golf
Course Committee. Bill and his wife Kate are moving to McCall this week, and will be full
time residents. His mailing address is P.O. Box AS, McCall, Idaho 83638; phone number 634-
2206; mobile phone number 634-6861.
Please be assured, I am still interested in matters concerning the golf course, and will be happy to
become involved on an as -needed basis. As discussed, however, I think Bill will be able to have
a much better attendance record at scheduled meetings and certainly can keep me informed on
any matters of interestor concern.

Re: Appointment to Golf Advisory Committee
Dear Pete:
We have received your nomination of your project manager to the HOA seat on the Golf
Advisory Committee. We will be pleased to appoint this person, assuming the technical
aspects check out, which we assume will be the case.
As you know, the representative on the Golf Advisory Committee from the HOA is
supposed to be a member of the HOA, whether or not resident full time in McCall; and
membership in the HOA appertains to ownership of a lot in Spring Mountain Ranch.
We assume this gentleman does not own a lot in Spring Mountain Ranch, but that he is to be
considered for these purposes the representative of the Partnership, which Partnership does
own one or more lots in Spring Mountain Ranch?
Please either confirm our assumption, or provide us the nomination of an alternative person
who is him/herself a member of the HOA.
