MEDINA PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
Matting called to order at 8:00 PM by Chairman Fortin.
Members present were Fortin, Ella Chritensen, Alex Shhumacher
and R. Roehl.
Minutes of the Planning commission meeting of March 20,1961 were
aa read and accepted.
Thomas Baer inquired about a building permit for building a
home on his Iii60* property, he was advised that he would not
have to plat his property which consitts of a little over 2i
acres at this time, but would have to plat it if he intended to
sell any of it in the future.
The question of the location of the propose home to be built
by F. J. Eckes was discussed, it was felt that there would be
no reason for changing the location of the present road.
May 22,1961 was set for the date to hold the public hearing on
the rezoning of the white area on the map to RA and R1.
A motion by Ella Christensen to request the council to have the
Village Engineer and the Village Attorney present at the public
hearing, Second by Alex Schumacher, motion carried.
The council is to be requested to set the policy for the planning
commission on the hiring of the Attorney and the Engineer for
planning commission business.
Motion by Ella Christensen, second by Alex Schumacher to adjourn.
Meeting adjourned at 10:00 PM.
