Dear Julie,
On October 14, the McCall City Council confirmed your appointment
to the McCall Golf Course advisory Committee to represent the
Women's Golf Association. The term of your office is set by the
Women's Association. Presumably you will serve until the
Association advises the Mayor that you would be replaced.
The Committee has met monthly. Charlie Denham, Golf
Superintendent, staffs the Committee and you should address
questions about the next meeting time and place to him. The
Committee has assignments which need to be addressed immediately
such as recommendations to the council on Golf fees for 1994.
As well the 9 hole addition in Spring Mountain Ranch is underway.
This should be an interesting time to be a part of the Committee.
I am enclosing a copy of the Committee's mission statement which
is both a job description for the committee and serves as its
bylaws.
