Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda: Minutes of March 25, 2015
Commissioner Sumrall moved, and Commissioner Meyring seconded the motion to
approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 6-0.
3. Open Forum:
4. Public Hearing/Regarding:
a. Major Subdivision - Preliminary Plat - East Mountain Filing 9 & Final Planned
Development Plan - East Mountain Filing 9 (Planning Area 9E.1) Rendezvous
PDD
Commissioner Young moved, and Commissioner Sumrall seconded the motion to open
the public hearing. Motion carried: 6-0.
Proof of publication was submitted. The public hearing was continued due to a
notification error by the applicant regarding mineral rights estates.
Commissioner Sumrall moved, and Commissioner Taylor seconded the motion to
continue the public hearing. Motion carried: 6-0.
b. Major Subdivision - Preliminary Plat — Elk Creek at Grand Park & Final Planned
Development Plan - Elk Creek at Grand Park (Planning Area 5W) Grand Park PDD
Commissioner Taylor moved, and Commissioner Quinn seconded the motion to open
the public hearing. Motion carried: 6-0.

Proof of publication was submitted. The public hearing was continued due to a
notification error by the applicant to adjacent property owners.
Commissioner Meyring moved, and Commissioner Quinn seconded the motion to
continue the public hearing. Motion carried: 6-0.

Commissioner Sumrall moved, and Commissioner Taylor seconded the motion to
iadjourn. Motion carried: 6-0. M adjourned at 6:08 p.m.
