McCarty Street City Council Chambers Mayor Carrie Tergin convened the meeting at 7:50 P.M. for the purpose of electing officers and turned the meeting over to the Committee members. Members of the Committee present: Present: Branch, Graham, Hussey, Mihalevich, and Schreiber Absent: None Chairman – Councilman Jim Branch nominated Councilman Rick Mihalevich, seconded by Councilman Carlos Graham. There being no further nominations made, Councilman Mihalevich was elected unanimously. Vice-Chairman – Councilman Ken Hussey nominated Councilman Carlos Graham as Vice-Chairman, seconded by Councilman Jim Branch. There being no further nominations made, Councilman Graham was elected unanimously. There being no further business brought before the Committee at this time, a motion was made by Councilman Hussey for adjournment, seconded by Councilman Graham, and approved unanimously at 7:51 P.M.
