Chairperson called the meeting to order at 6:35 p.m.

2. Approval of Agenda: Minutes of January 28, 2015.
Add motion to adjournment.
Commissioner Taylor moved, and Commissioner Sumrall seconded the motion to
approve the Agenda. Motion carried: 7-0.

4. Discussion and Possible Action:
a. Design Guidelines Presentation by Jessica Ibanez, AICP, Colorado Brick Council
Jessica Ibanez, AICP, from Colorado Brick Council, provided the PC with an educational
presentation on design policy and an analysis of our current policy, realizing the
economic and political realities of Fraser.
b. Parking Regulations
A discussion on Fraser's parking regulations is a result of a workshop we had recently
with the PC and TB.

Mayor Smith moved, and Commissioner Meyring seconded the motion to adjourn.
Motion carried: 7-0. Meeting ad.. rued at 8:45 p.m.
