Pursuant to Sec. 610.021 of the Revised Statutes of Missouri, the Chair will entertain a motion to
go into Closed Session to discuss the following:
a. Legal Actions [Sec. 610.021.(1)]
b. Discussion of Operational Guidelines, Policies, and Response Plans [610.021.18] “for use
in responding to or preventing any critical incident which is or appears to be terrorist in
nature.” Disclosure would impair the City’s ability to project the security or safety of
people and property; public interest in non-disclosure outweighs the public interest in
having this portion of the meeting be open.
