Monday evening, April 17, 1967 at 8:20 P. M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Walter Kohnen, Anne Dorweiler, Gerald Dykhoff and Robert
Roehl present, together with the following members of the
Village Council - Wayne Neddermeyer, Raymond. Bosch, Harold
Winterhalter and Rayburn Anderson.
The minutes of the meeting of March 20, 1967 read. Moved by Anne Dorweiler
that the minutes be approved as read.
Seconded by Gerald Dykhoff.
Motion carried.
C. W. Phillips and Mr. Dineen appeared with regard to re -zoning the Dineen
property from commercial to agriculture.for horse pasture. Moved by Anne
Dorweiler to refer the problem to the Village Attorney for his recommendation.
Seconded by Gerald Dykhoff.
Motion carried.
The Planning Commission and the Council members present had a discussion
with regard to increasing the number of members on the Planning Commission.
The consensus of opinion was to ado:_t an ordinance so that the„number could
be increased any number up to nine. The Council is to take action at
their May meeting.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler to appoint Robert Roehl and Gerald Dykhoff officiall,
as a two man committee to approach land owners and get prices on land for
a new village hall site ,end have them ready for the next meeting.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen.
Motion carried.
Wayne Allen appeared with regard to getting a building permit for a house on
property owned jointly by him and his father-in-law. Moved by Anne Dorweiler
to recommend to the Council to grant to Ludwig Benjamin Olson a, permit to
build a house on the remaining six acres of his property, with the provision
that further division of the property must be p1Rtted, including the present
lots.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen.
Motion carried.
Moved by Walter Kohnen to grant a building permit for a garage to Donald
Rauschendorfer.
Seconded by Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the meeting adjourn.
Seconded by Walter Kohnen.
Motion carried.
Meeting adjourned at 10:30 P. M.
