AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
AGREEMENT WITH MIDWEST ATC SERVICE, INC., FOR THE PURPOSE OF
PROVIDING AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL SERVICES AT THE JEFFERSON CITY
MEMORIAL AIRPORT FOR THE PERIOD APRIL 1, 2015, THROUGH JUNE 30,
2015
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized to execute a
Professional Services Agreement with Midwest ATC Service, Inc., for Air Traffic
Control Services at the Jefferson City Memorial Airport for the period April 1,
2015, through June 30, 2015.
Section 2. This agreement shall be substantially the same in form and
content as Exhibit A attached hereto.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
the date of its passage and approval.

Midwest Air Traffic Control has received contract extensions through June 30, 2015
from the FAA Contracting Office. The contract extension is from April 1, 2015 to June
30, 2015. It is expected that a longer term award announcement will be made within the
next 60 days.
