You will fill the unexpired term of Don Medley which expires in January 1989. Next January, I expect to reappoint you to a fill a 3 year term. I am attaching a copy of the "Mission Statement" for the committee which outlines the organization and duties of the committee. As you are aware, this committee is actively working on the construction of a new golf course clubhouse. They have been meeting frequently to deal with this issue.
