Monday evening, April 18, 1966 at 8:40 P.M.
Robert Roehl - Chairman
Walter Kohnen, Gerald Dykhoff, Anne Dorweiler and Robert
Roehl present.
Minutes of previous meeting read. Moved by Anne Dorweiler that
the minutes be approved as read. Seconded by Walter Kohnen.
Motion carried.
John P. Campion appeared requesting :)ermission to establish a dog kennel on.
that is now the Ts~pna,rd Brummer property. Moved by Anne Dorweiler to ask
Mr. Campion to speak to t he two property owners of a(ljoining residential
property to eet their consent of his Mans for a dog kennel and then
present to the Council so the Council might waive the 500 foot restriction
as to neighboring property. (This property is zoned limited industrial and
manuf actur ing) .

:Robert Scott appeared with regard to Ace Fellows - now Robert uale
property. Moved by Anne Dorweiler that the Plannin; Commission recomm ,nd
that the Council ive preliminary approval to the obert ;;ua.le -property.
Seconded by Gerald Dykhoff.
Motion carried.
Moved by Walter Kohnen to approve the plans for the addit ion to Gerald
Dy�hofft s house.
Seconded b Anne Dorweiler.
Motion carried.
