DIRECTING TIlE ISSUANCE OF BINGO LICENSES TO
WIIEREAS, application has been p~operly made to tile Mayor and Council of the
Borough of Carteret, New Jersey by Carteret Jewish C~m,anity Center
of the Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it appears that tile applicant ts) is/are qualified to be licensed and that the
members designated to conduct BINGO GAMES and to assist are bona fide metnbers
of the applicant ts); and
WHEREAS, the apphcan ts) has/have signified that the games will be played in
accordance with l~.ules 6, 7 and 8 of tile Legalized Games of C lance Colnmmmon s
Regulations.
NOW, TIIEREIrORE, BE IT AND IT IS ilEREBY RESOLVED, by the Mayor and
Council of the Borough of Carteret, that the Municipal Clerk is hereby authorized and
directed to execute the ~ndorsemeat of the Mayor and Council by issuing,.upon proper
presentation ofapplicatlon and tees, a BINGO LICENSE to tile applicant ts);
BE IT FURTIIEP, RESOLVED that a certified copy of thls Resolution be sent
forthwith to the Legalized Games of Chance Control Commission, P. O. Box 461500,
Newark, New Jersey 07102.
CERTIIqCATION
I hereby certify that this Resolution is a true copy of the original
adopted by the Mayor and Council of the Borough of Carteret,
County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey, at the Council Meeting
