RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIFORNIA,
APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING TIME
AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON
(Vehicle Parking District #2)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 64 -347, in the proceeding for
the formation of Vehicle Parking District No. 2, this City Council
ordered a report prepared by William H. Krelle under and pursuant
to the provisions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limita-
tion and Majority Protest Act of 1931; and
WHEREAS, William H. Krelle has prepared said report and
presented the same to this City Council and this City Council has ex-
amined said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said report be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse the fact
and date of such approval on said report and to file said report in
the office of said Clerk.
Section 2. That April 27, 1964, at the hour of 7:30 o'clock
P. M., in the public Council Chambers of this City Council in the City
Hall in said city, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing
on said report, and such hearing shall be held by this City Council.
Section 3. The City Clerk of said city is hereby directed
to give notice of said time and place of hearing by mailing a copy of
the notice thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2850
to 2855, inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 9th day of March, 1964.
