The meeting was called to corder by Herald. Dthoff. Members present:
Herald. Dy'hoff Anne Dorweiler. Walter Kohnen. Welter a.ohnen made the
motion that the minutes of the last meeting be accepted as r-;ad. Anne
Dorweiler seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
Friel Theis brought a preliminary subdivision proposal for the platting
of his land. The proposal was discussed. Anne Dorweillr made the motion
to recommend tentative approve,' if the lots can be re-lrawn to shag proper
access from the rear and also consi?er the future planning; for the adjacent
property. Walter K.ohnen seconded the motion. The motion was carried.
'I°. Gordon R. Coffin brought in a plat of Hiarory Haven .for approval. This
land wa.s approved last year, but it was left go 11 months before a final
plat was brought in for approval, so it has to be reapproved by the. Planning
Commission and Council.
Walter Kohnen made the motion to r:comtnend to the Council the preliminary
plat for the "tiic.ory Haven Subdivision. Anne Dorweil:x seconded the motion.
The motion was carried.

naming of two mem-b rs to the „rest Henneein Joint Planning Commission.
Anne Dorweily made the motion to see if Ro at Roehl will acc pt the
Chairmanship of the Planning Commission. Walter Kohnen seconded the motion.
The motion was carried.
