September 10, 1991
The City of Greencastle conducted a public hearing concerning the application
to the Indiana Department of Commerce Community Focus Fund in regard to the opera
house project on Tuesday, September 10, 1991 at 4:30 p.m. at the GTE building. Present
for the proceedings were Mayor harmless, Cindy McCammack, Larry Wilson, Tim Clark,
Deanne Gaston and Rob Bremer.
Ms. McCammack indicated that the proposed budget included a line item for
construction management as the IDOC recommended bidding each phase of the
construction project. She noted that CFF assistance is being requested for construction
only and therefore the grant administration line item in the amount of 570 of project
costs has been added to the local match budget.
With no comments from the public, lire proceedings were adjourned at 4:40 p.m.
