This building is split level with finished heated office space, slab on grade construction, joined to warehouse space, slab on back filled
stem wall construction. Item C2a is the office space floor. Item C2b is the warehouse floor. Item C2e is the bottom of the electric
service panel cabinet at the right side of the warehouse building. There are exterior HVAC units on an elevated platforms at the left and
right side of the building at elevation 15,8 and 15.9. The interior HVAC equipment and water heater are mounted in the attic space
above the warehouse. Item C2h is the lowest adjacent grade at the loading platform at the front of the warehouse. The office space
(Item C2a) has attachable panels for flood proofing covering the windows and doors with the lowest spillway being at elevation 11 1.
Latitude and Longitude were established with satellite imagery. This certificate replaces the certificate issued on 11-15-2022.
