TOWN BOARD
. DECEMBER 16, 1999
The regular meeting of the Town Board was called to order at 7:30 p.m. Present were
Mayor Johnston, Klancke, Rantz, Sanders, Swatzell, Wirsing, and Soles. Staff present
were Reid, Winter and Havens.
MARY JANE PLACE TOWNHOMES MINOR SUBDIVISION/AS BUILT PLAT
Mary Jane Place Townhomes minor subdivision and as built plat was presented.
Planning Commission has approved the plat with no conditions. Swatzell made a
motion to approve the plat, 2nd Rantz, carried.
RESOLUTION 12-5-99 ACCEPTING A CHARITABLE CONTRIBUTION
FROM ZINK
Rantz made a motion approving Resolution 12-5-99 contingent on the agreement to
modify the agreement for water taps from 200 down to 135 signed by the parties, 2nd
soles, carried.
AGREEMENT TO MODIFY TAPS FOR MARTLING PROPERTY
. Reid reviewed the agreement that will revise the Martling water tap agreement that Zink
has agreed to sign. Wirsing made a motion to authorize the mayor to sign this agreement,
2nd Swatzell, carried.
RESOLUTION 12-6-99
Resolution 12-6-99 accepting the annexation petition from Grand County Housing
Authority and setting the hearing date for Feb. 2nd and the Zoning request for R-3 hearing
same date. Wirsing made a motion to approve Resolution 12-6-99, 2nd Swatzell, carried.
No further business, meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m.
