Dear Dan,
On June 25, at their regular meeting, the City Council
confirmed your appointment to the Golf Course Advisory
Committee as an "at —large" member for a three year term.
The Committee meets on the first Wednesday of each month
at 7:00 P.M. at City Hall. However, the July 1st meeting
has been postponed until July 15. I am attaching a
copy of the Committee's "Mission Statement" which defines
the assignments and duties of the committee.
Thank you for your willingness to serve the city. I regret
the delay in this appointment process.
