RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TEMPLE CITY ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDI-
TURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED FROM THE STATE HIGH-
WAY FUND TO CITIES
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the City
of Temple City, hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, hereinafter re-
ferred to as the Department, on March 27, 1961, for expenditures
of State - allocated funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and was sub-
mitted to the Department on December 2, 1963, and November 20, 1963,
showing the estimated expenditures of such funds recommended to be
made during the 1963 -64 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on December
31, 1963, has been presented to the City Council in accordance with
the project statement submitted by the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget, as
approved by the Department, and is familiar with the contents there-
of;
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE City Council that
said budget be and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures
recommended to be made from such funds during the 1963 -64 fiscal
year.
ADOPTED this 23d day of March, 1964.

I hereby certify that the foregoing resolution was duly

at a regular meeting thereof held March 23, 1964.
