The executive committee of the McCall Men's Golf
Association has approved the nomination of Frank
Brown to fill the unexpired term of Craig Collins,
who resigned on January 14, 1992. This term is to
continue until May 1994. We ask the council and
your concurrence with this nomination.

Dear Frank,
This is to confirm your appointment to the McCall
Golf Course Advisory Committee. You have been nominated to
the seat filled by the Men's Golf Association for the
unexpired term of Craig Collins. Your term begins
immediately and extends to the end of May, 1994.
I am enclosing a copy of the mission statement for the
Committee. These function as the bylaws of the group and
govern their operation and scope of work. This Committee
is advisory to the City Council and the Council relies upon
the good judgement and advice of these committees to assist
in operating the City. The Committee, by State law and
City Code, has no authority to expend money, enter contract
or agreements. Those are the jurisdiction of the City
Council.
Thank you for your willingness to serve and your
interest in the City government and its programs.
