HomeMy Public PortalAbout2014.09.11 Consent to Encumbrance BaumgartnerCONSENT TO ENCUMBRANCE The City of McCall, Idaho, Owner and Lessor of the following described property, does hereby consent to allow Hunter and Rebecca Baumgartner, husband and wife, to encumber their interest in the tenant's leasehold interest of the land and improvements located on the following described property in favor of Gate Way Funding, its successors and assigns: Lot 9, Block 3, Greystone Village No. 3 according to the official plat in the office of the Recorder, Valley County, Idaho, recorded July 31, 2006 as Instrument No. 311462 in Book 10 of Plats at Page 56. Commonly known as 1559 McCall Avenue, McCall, Idaho 83638. Said encumbrance shall be limited to the interest of Hunter and Rebecca Baumgartner, husband and wife, and shall not encumber the interests of the City of McCall, Idaho, nor shall said City be liable to Gate Way Funding, its successors and assigns, for any sums owed to it under the encumbrance.
