PARCELS) OF SUB-SUB-SUBSECTION 3.1.9.A.3 (CASES
INVOLVING MORE THAN 25 TAX MAP PARCELS) OF SUB-
SUBSECTION 3.1.9.A (WRITTEN NOTICE) OF SUBSECTION 3.1.9
(PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES) OF SECTION 3.1 (GENERAL) OF
ARTICLE 3 (REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES) OF THE
ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG, VIRGINIA,
2003, AS AMENDED.
The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains:
SECTION I. That Sub-sub-sub-subsection 3.1.9.A.3.C (CASES INVOLVING MORE
THAN 25 TAX MAP PARCELS) of Sub- sub-subsection 3.1.9.A.3 (CASES INVOLVING
MORE THAN 25 TAX MAP PARCELS) of Sub-subsection 3.1.9.A (WRITTEN NOTICE) of
Subsection 3.1.9 (PUBLIC HEARING NOTICES) of Section 3.1 (GENERAL) of Article 3
(REVIEW AND APPROVAL PROCEDURES) ofthe Zoning Ordinance of the Town of
Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended be and the same is hereby amended and reordained to read
as follows:
C. Notice shall be sent at least ten (10) calendar days before the hearing by first class
registered or eertified mail to the last known address of an owner as listed in the current
Loudoun County real estate tax assessment records or current real estate tax assessment
books.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its
final passage.
SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall
not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the Ordinance.
