The McCall City Council met on May 27, 2011. As part of the Council's scheduled agenda, the
Council considered your request to waive the lease transfer fee of $2,500 for the sale of Bradley
Kraushaar's home located at 1543 McCall Avenue, a property subject to the Amended and
Restated Ground Lease V2 (Lot 4, Block 3). After a brief discussion the Council voted
unanimously to waive the transfer fee.
