AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING AND REORDAINING SUBSECTION 5.9.1
(DESCRIPTION) OF SECTION 5.9 (R-22 MULTI-FAMILY
RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT) OF ARTICLE 5 (RESIDENTIAL ZONING
DISTRICTS) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF
LEES BURG, VIRGINIA, 2003, AS AMENDED.
The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains:
SECTION I. That Subsection 5.9.1 (DESCRIPTION) of Section 5.9 (R-22, MULTI-
F AMIL Y RESIDENTIAL DISCTRICT) of Article 5 (RESIDENTIAL ZONING DISTRICTS)
of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended be and the same
is hereby amended and reordained to read as follows:
5.9.1 Description
The R-22, Multi-Family Residential District is primarily intended to accommodate multi-
family and other forms of residential development. The district is generally appropriate
for applicatioa in areas desigaated ia the TO'l.'fl Plan for "High Deasity Residential"
de'ielopment.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its
final passage.
SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall
not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the Ordinance.
