ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG, VIRGINIA,
2003, AS AMENDED BY DELETING SECTION 6.2 (0-2,
OFFICE PARK DISTRICT) OF ARTICLE 6
(NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS).
The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains:
SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
2003, as amended be and the same is hereby amended and reordained by deleting Section
6.2 (0-2, OFFICE PARK DISTRICT) of Article 6 (NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS),
to read as follows:
6.2.1 DeseriptioB
The 0 2, Offiee Pffi'k District is established to implemem: the "Bl:lsiness I"
policies of the TO\:vn Plan. It is intended primffi'ily to aeeommodate offiee parks,
corporate offieelheadquarters and low intensity reSeai'Cfl and de':elopment uses in
large, earnpus like settings. Secondary l:lses inteflded to serve employees aad
occupants of permitted offiee and employment uses (e.g., conf~refl:ee facilities,
hotels and ancillary retail uses) may also be allowed. The district is appropriate
for application in ai'eas designated in the To','m Plan for "Business I (Regioaal
Office)" de'lelopment.

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the
time of its final passage.
SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision
shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the
Ordinance.
