The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains: SECTION 1. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended be and the same is hereby amended and reordained by deleting Section 6.2 (0-2, OFFICE PARK DISTRICT) of Article 6 (NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS), to read as follows: 6.2.1 DeseriptioB The 0 2, Offiee Pffi'k District is established to implemem: the "Bl:lsiness I" policies of the TO\:vn Plan. It is intended primffi'ily to aeeommodate offiee parks, corporate offieelheadquarters and low intensity reSeai'Cfl and de':elopment uses in large, earnpus like settings. Secondary l:lses inteflded to serve employees aad occupants of permitted offiee and employment uses (e.g., conf~refl:ee facilities, hotels and ancillary retail uses) may also be allowed.
