The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains: SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended be and the same is hereby amended and reordained by deleting Section 6.8 (1-2, INDUSTRIALlW AREHOUSE/OFFICE DISTRICT) of Article 6 (NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS), to read as follows: ".8.1 Deseril'tioB The I 2, Industrial/Warehouse/Offiee Distriet is established to implement the "Business III" polieies of the TO\V'B Plan. It is primarily intended to accommodate low intensity manufaetming, warehousing, distribation and "back office" uses. Retail and serviee uses intended to service employees and oeeupants of primary permitted uses may also be allov;ed. The distriet is generally appropriate for application in areas designated in the TO\Vfl Plan for "Business III (Employment)" de';elopment. ".8.2 Use RegulatioBs Uses are allo'.ved in the I 2 District in aeeordance with the following table.
