Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended by deleting Section 6.8 (1-2,
INDUSTRIALlW AREHOUSE/OFFICE DISTRICT) of Article 6 (NONRESIDENTIAL
DISTRICTS).
Summary
The proposed Ordinance deletes the 1-2, Industrial/Warehouse/Office District
section.

ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG, VIRGINIA,
2003, AS AMENDED BY DELETING SECTION 6.8 (1-2,
INDUSTIRALlW AREHOUSE/OFFICE DISTRICT) OF
ARTICLE 6 (NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS).
The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains:
SECTION I. That the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia,
2003, as amended be and the same is hereby amended and reordained by deleting Section
6.8 (1-2, INDUSTRIALlW AREHOUSE/OFFICE DISTRICT) of Article 6
(NONRESIDENTIAL DISTRICTS), to read as follows:
".8.1 Deseril'tioB
The I 2, Industrial/Warehouse/Offiee Distriet is established to implement the
"Business III" polieies of the TO\V'B Plan. It is primarily intended to accommodate
low intensity manufaetming, warehousing, distribation and "back office" uses.
Retail and serviee uses intended to service employees and oeeupants of primary
permitted uses may also be allov;ed. The distriet is generally appropriate for
application in areas designated in the TO\Vfl Plan for "Business III (Employment)"
de';elopment.
".8.2 Use RegulatioBs
Uses are allo'.ved in the I 2 District in aeeordance with the following table. A "P"
in the seeond eolwnn of the table indicates that the use is permitted by right,

SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the
time of its final passage.
SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision
shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the
Ordinance.
