Estimated Cost of Implementation Attachments in Addition to Proposed Ordinance 1 The Town of Leesburg, Virginia PRESENTED September 12,2006 ADOPTED October 11, 2006 ORDINANCE NO. 2006-0-45 AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING AND REORDAINING SUB-SUBSECTION 8.2.1.B (SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS) OF SUBSECTION 8.2.1 (CONCEPT PLAN) OF SECTION 8.2 (PROCEDURES) OF ARTICLE 8 (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEES BURG, VIRGINIA, 2003, AS AMENDED. The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains: SECTION I. That Sub-subsection 8.2.1.B (SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS) of Subsection 8.2.1 (CONCEPT PLAN) of Section 8.2 (PROCEDURES) of Article 8 (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS) of the Zoning Ordinance of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended and reordained to read as follows: B. Submittal Requirements. The Concept Plan applieations shall include Twenty (20) copies, or other number as determined bv the Land Development Official. of a concept plan. drawn to a scale of 1 inch = 100 feet, or a scale agreed to by the town, including a map of the property and land area within 200 feet showing the following features: 1. the general location and arrangement of proposed uses, including open space and recreational uses; 2. the general alignment of major arterials or primary thoroughfares; minor arterials or major thoroughfares; and through collector roads; general alignment of pedestrian ways; 3. the location of sensitive and critical environmental features as defined in the Town Plan (steep slopes and floodplains); 2 AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING AND REORDAINING SUB-SUBSECTION 8.2.1.B (SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS) OF SUBSECTION 8.2.1 (CONCEPT PLAN) OF SECTION 8.2 (PROCEDURES) OF ARTICLE 8 (PLANNED DEVELOPMENT DISTRICTS) OF THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEES BURG, VIRGINIA, 2003, AS AMENDED. 4. the approximate number of dwellings by type and the approximate floor area of nonresidential uses; and 5. such other information as is necessary and appropriate to show compliance with Town Plan policies. SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its final passage. SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the Ordinance.
