Renew Agreement with LCCAT – Unfortunately, due to an oversight by both LCCAT & the Town, the agreement between the Town and LCCAT expired on 10/31/2016. The Agreement has a renewal clause for an additional 3 years. Neither party is requesting any changes to the agreement so we would simply like to extend the contract to December 31, 2020. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request. 2. Approve Conservation Restriction – Article 26 of the May 2016 Town Meeting Warrant approved $125,000 of CPC funds for the Town to acquire a conservation restriction from the Brewster Conservation Trust on two lots stretching from Gulls Way to the Rail Trail. The property is also within the pond recharge area of Sheep Pond. Brewster Conservation Trust owns the property but the Town will hold the conservation restriction. The Conservation Commission approved the restriction at their February 7th meeting. ADMINISTRATIVE RECOMMENDATION We recommend the Board vote to approve this request. 3. Declare Surplus Property – Multiple departments have items that they would like to have declared surplus to sell on GovDeals: a. The Ladies Library has monitors, printers, a scanner and two early literacy stations. They would like to donate the working literacy station to a non-profit and the rest of the items would be sold on Govdeals. b. The Fire Department has an outdate Personal Accountability System, Motorola pagers and Motorola & Kenwood low band portable radios. c. The DPW has a variety of items, including: a 1985 snow blower attachment, asphalt saw, parts to a line striper machine misc. rims and tires. What does not sell on GovDeals will be disposed of.
