RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY, CALIF-
ORNIA, APPROVING REPORT AND FIXING
TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING THEREON.
(Vehicle Parking District No. 1)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 64 -362, in the proceeding for the
formation of Vehicle Parking District No. 1, this City Council ordered
a report prepared by William H. Krelle under and pursuant to the pro-
visions of the Special Assessment Investigation, Limitation and Major-
ity Protest Act of 1931; and
WHEREAS, William H. Krelle has prepared said report and pre-
sented the same to this City Council and this City Council has examin-
ed said report;
NOW, THEREFORE, the City Council of the City of Temple City,
California, DOES HEREBY RESOLVE, DETERMINE AND ORDER as follows:
Section 1. That said report be and the same is hereby
approved and the City Clerk is hereby directed to endorse the fact
and date of such approval on said report and to file said report in
the office of said Clerk.
Section 2. That June 29, 1964, at the hour of 7:30 P. M.,
in the public Council Chambers of this City Council in the City Hall
in said city, are hereby fixed as the time and place of hearing on
said report, and such hearing shall be held by this City Council.
Section 3. The City Clerk of said City is hereby directed
to give notice of said time and place of hearing by mailing a copy of
the notice thereof in accordance with the provisions of Sections 2350
to 2855, inclusive, of the Streets and Highways Code.
ADOPTED, SIGNED AND APPROVED this 1.lthday of May 1964.

ifornia, DO HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly •
adopted by the City Council of said City and was approved by the Mayor
of said City at a regular meeting of said City Council held on the
day of 1964, and that it was so adopted as follows:
