AN ORDINANCE: AMENDING AND REORDAINING SUB-SUBSECTION 12.2.3.A
(SCALE) OF SUBSECTION 12.2.3 (CONTENTS OF LANDSCAPE
PLAN) OF SECTION 12.2 (ADMINISTRATION) OF ARTICLE 12
(LANDSCAPING, SCREENING, OPEN SPACE AND LIGHTING) OF
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG,
VIRGINIA, 2003, AS AMENDED.
The Town Council of Leesburg, Virginia, ordains:
SECTION I. That Sub-subsection 12.2.3.A (SCALE) of Subsection 12.2.3 (CONTENTS
OF LANDSCAPE PLAN) of Section 12.2 (ADMINISTRATION) of Article 12
(LANDSCAPING, SCREENING, OPEN SPACE AND LIGHTING) of the Zoning Ordinance of
the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 2003, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended and
reordained to read as follows:
12.2.3 Contents of Landscape Plan
A landscape architect, landscape designer or landscape contractor shall prepare every
landscape plan required by this article. All landscape plans shall contain the following
information:
A. Scale. Plans shall be drawn to a scale of not less than 30 ~ feet to the inch on
sheets not exceeding 24 by 36 inches.
SECTION II. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its
final passage.
SECTION III. If any provision of this Ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall
not affect the validity of the Ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the Ordinance.
