AN ORDINANCE: TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTION 13-51 (REGULATIONS
ADOPTED) OF ARTICLE IV (SUBDIVISION AND LAND
DEVELOPMENT) OF CHAPTER 13 (PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT) OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG,
VIRGINIA, 1976, AS AMENDED AND THE REGULATIONS
ADOPTED AND INCORPORATED THEREIN AND THE
SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT APPLICATIONS
SECTION OF THE REVIEW AND INSPECTION FEE SCHEDULE.
THEREFORE, ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Leesburg in Virginia as
follows:
SECTION I. Section 13-51 (REGULATIONS ADOPTED} of Article IV
(SUBDIVISION AND LAND DEVELOPMENT) of Chapter 13 (PLANNING AND
DEVELOPMENT) of the Code of the Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 1976, as amended, be and the
same hereby is amended to read as follows:
Sec. 13-51. Regulations adopted.
The subdivision and land development regulations, adopted March 13,2007, as same may
be amended from time to time, are hereby incorporated herein by reference and made a
part hereof as if fully set out in this Code.
SECTION II. The regulations adopted and incorporated therein pursuant to Section 13-
51 (REGULATIONS ADOPTED) of Article IV (SUBDIVISION AND LAND
DEVELOPMENT) of Chapter 13 (PLANNING AND DEVELOPMENT) ofthe Code of the
Town of Leesburg, Virginia, 1976, as amended, be and the same hereby is amended to read as
shown in Exhibit 1 attached hereto.
SECTION III. The Subdivision and Land Development Applications section of the
review and inspection fee schedule is amended as follows:

Preliminary Subdivision Plat - Residential $2,500.00 plus $110.00 per lot or division ofland
Construction Drawings 1 st submission
$2000.00 plus $115.00 per lot or division ofland, plus the
amount of public improvements at the following rates:

SECTION IV. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its
final passage and shall to apply to all new subdivision and site plans filed after the effective date.
SECTION V. If any provision of this ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall not
affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the ordinance.
