A SPECIAL ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING MAP FOR A CERTAIN PARCEL
FROM A-1, AGRICULTURAL DISTRICT, TO A-1, SPECIAL USE
Whereas, the Zoning Map designates certain property commonly known as 3361 State Road 227
North and legally described as follows, to wit:
S.E. 'V4 15, N.E. 'V4 22, Township 14 North, Range 1
West, Civil Township, Wayne County, Indiana,
containing 10.116 acres
as an A-1, Agricultural District as outlined on Exhibit A; and
Whereas, it is desirable to change the above described real estate's zoning designation to
A-1, Special Use in order to allow the owner to use said real estate to establish a large
animal veterinary clinic.
NOW THEREFORE, be it ordained by the Common Council of the City of Richmond, Indiana, that the
zoning designation for the above described property is changed to an A-1, Special Use.

City of Richmond, Indiana.
