AN ORDINANCE: ADOPTING THE FY 2008 BUDGET: GENERAL FUND IN THE
AMOUNT OF $45,724,291; UTILITIES FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF
$32,283,417; AIRPORT FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $3,127,179; AND
CAPITAL PROJECTS FUND IN THE AMOUNT OF $28,330,883.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Council of the Town of Lees burg in Virginia as follows:
SECTION I. The budget for the Fiscal Year beginning July 1, 2007; and ending June 30,
2008, is adopted to include the adjusted totals in the categories and accounts of the General Fund
in the amount of $45,724,291; Utilities Fund in the amount of$32,283,417; Airport Fund in the
amount of $3, 127, 179; and Capital Projects Fund in the amount of $28,330,883.

SECTION II. All prior ordinances and resolutions in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
SECTION III If any provision of this ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall not
affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the ordinance.
SECTION IV. This ordinance shall be effective July 1,2007.
