The Town Council of Leesburg Hereby, Ordains: SECTION 1. That Section 6-1 (PRECINCTS) of Chapter 6 (ELECTIONS) be and the same hereby is amended and reordained to read as follows: Sec. 6-1. Precinets. There shall be BiHe-eleven voting precinets in the municipality as follows: All references to streets shall be interpreted as to the centerline. Voting places. -5- ORDINANCE:TO AMEND AND REORDAIN SECTION 6-1 (PRECINCTS) AND SECTION 6-2 (VOTING PLACES) OF CHAPTER 6 (ELECTIONS) OF THE CODE OF THE TOWN OF LEESBURG, VIRGINlA, 1976, AS AMENDED. The election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Greenway Precinct Number 1440A shall be at the Leesburg Baptist Church, 835 Lee Avenue, SW; the election ofmunicipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Balls BluffPrecinct Number 1440B shall be at Ball's Bluff Elementary School, 821 Battlefield Parkway, NE; the election ofmunicipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Evergreen Precinct Number 1440C shall be at Evergreen Mill Elementary School, 491 Evergreen Mill Road, SE; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Tolbert Precinct Number 1440D shall be at John W. Tolbert, Jr. Elementary School, 691 Potomac Station Drive, NE; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the West Leesburg Precinct Number 1440E shall be at the Leesburg Volunteer Fire Department Building, 215 Loudoun Street, SW; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the East Leesburg Precinct Number 1440F shall be at Frances Hazel Reid Elementary School at 800 North King Street, NE; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Dry Mill Precinct Number 1440G 80utbeast Leesburg shall be at C. S. Momoe Technology Center, 715 Childrens Center Road, SW; the election ofmunicipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Smarts Mill Precinct Number 1440H shall be at Smarts Mill Middie School, 850 North King Street, NE; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Cool Spring Precinct Number 14401 shall be at the Cool Spring Elementary School, 501 Tavistock Drive, SE; the election of municipal officials and the voting place for such election in the Brandon Park Precinct Number 1440J shall be at the Loudoun County High School. 415 Dry Mill Road. This Ordinance shall become effective upon the date and at the time of its final passage. SECTION IV. If any provision of this ordinance is declared invalid, the decision shall not affect the validity of the ordinance as a whole or any remaining provisions of the ordinance.
