'APPOINTING MUNICIPAL ENGINEER
WHEREAS, there is a need for a Borough Engineer in the Borough of Carteret;
and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough to make said appointment;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED by the Mayor
and Council of the Borough of Carteret that
DONALD NORBUT OF T&M ASSOCIATES
be and is hereby appointed to the position of Borough Engineer, effective
immediately, term to expire December 31, 2004.
