RESOLUTION ADOPTING PLANS, SPECIFICATIONS, AND FORM OF
CONTRACT FOR THE 2013 WATER PRESSURE UPGRADES PROJECT
FOR THE CITY OF TIFFIN, IA.
WHEREAS, on this 14th day of May, 2013, Plans, Specifications and Form of Contract were
filed with the City of Tiffin for the construction of the 2013 Water Pressure Upgrades Project
within the City of Tiffin.
WHEREAS, a notice of hearing on these plans, specifications, and form of contract was
published as required by law, now.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, BY The City of Tiffin, that the said plans, specifications
and form of contract are hereby approved for said project.
