APPOINTING JOHN PIECZYSKI TO THE POSITION OF CHIEF OF POLICE IN
THE BOROUGH OF CARTERET
WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Borough of Carteret has determined that is
in the best interest of the Borough to fill the position of Chief of Police.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the Borough
of Carteret that
JOHN PIECZYSKI
is hereby appointed to the Chief of Police for the Borough of Carteret, effective
immediately.
Adopted this 5th day of April, 2001
and certified as a true copy of the
original on April 6, 2001.
