On behalf of Arsenal Yards, I respectfully request the Town Council's review,
consideration and appropriate action on the following two (2) matters:
1. The Town Council's review and clarification of the Town Council's intent in
regard to the fair and appropriate timing of the imposition of fees on all alcohol licenses granted
pursuant to Chapter 73 of the Acts of 2016; and
2. The Town Council's review, consideration and appropriate legislative action in
regard to the need for additional licenses for the sale of alcoholic beverages on the premises
pursuant to Section 12 of G.L. Chapter 138.
Arsenal Yards looks forward to the opportunity to meet with the Town Council and."or the
Council's appropriate subcommittee.
